(1)   Formulate policies, goals and systems for the management of intellectual property in relation to business strategies.

(2)   Establish, implement, and maintain a management system for the acquisition, protection, maintenance, and utilization of intellectual property in accordance with its size and type.

(3)   Determine and provide resources sufficient to effectively implement and maintain the intellectual property management system.

(4)   Observe and respond to internal and external risks or opportunities related to intellectual property management.

(5)   Plan and implement a continuous improvement mechanism to ensure that the operation and effectiveness of the intellectual property management system meets the expectations of this company.
